Howdy!
The SOS office says they won't apostille my diploma as they feel the seal is not good enough and the SOS wants to send the diploma back to me unapostilled. The UTMB seal office says its good to go and SOS should apostille it.
What did you do?

| I wasn't aware transcripts had to be apostilled. |

| As far as I know, if you went to an accredited university you don't need to get your diploma apostilled. |
