I enjoy drenching my salmon, cream cheese and egg sandwiches in it, and it's great with steak - especially if it's not a particularly tasty one. A disappointingly-tasteless steak - like those thick cuts sold at Korean butchers - can be transformed by Tobasco.

being from New Mexico, I put salsa on everything, and if there isn't any salsa around, I use Tabasco. Although with Tabasco, you have to be careful to ask the people you're eating with if its OK to use it. The stuff is very pungent and some people really don't like smelling it.
