If you are a Korean-reading good samaritan who can take a moment to answer some questions, then your help will be greatly appreciated.

2. Is the deposit 5,000,000?
3. Does it mention building management fees?
4. Is there a fridge?

 Indeed....
I think my appartment is about the same. But its in Seoul. If I walk 1km and leave the seoul boundary, the apartment prices halve. |
