I am selling my Canon gear, going with smaller format. So for sale is like new (bought 2 months ago from Canon in Korea) Canon EF 24-105 F4 lens. Lens is in like new condition, very sharp at all FL and apertures, IS let me go up 2-3 stops without worrying about the blur. Lens comes with hood, front and rear cap, swede pouch, warranty card (clean) and box. As a bonus I am giving with it free B+W 010 UV filter and Hoya ND polarizer. Price is firm, item is in Jeonju City, but I am willing to meet potential buyer in nearby cities.

I'd actually be half-interested, if you weren't selling it for more than it's worth new.

Have you noticed that this is lens ONLY? you have to pay extra for everything else, hood, pouch and probably caps. Also why don't look up the price for B+W UV 010 filter and Hoya ND polarizer (bet will be well over 100.000W). When i buy my lens, they give me hood, pouch, and caps. Its all included in box. And if you buy in Namdaemun, the seller will give you UV Filter for free (maybe not B+W, but like Hoya or other brand). |

US eBay are having same lens (without filters) in 950-1000 USD range, new ones are about 1100 USD. I can post there, but want to avoid shipping. If I won't find buyers in Korea, eBay it is. On SLRclub, the price seems to be from around 840,000 to 1,000,000 won.
If you have no luck here with your camera gear, you can always try registering there and selling it (you'll get fair korean-used-market-price, probably still better than dealing with eBay) -- the price you posted for the 5D, at least, seems fair.
In any case, when you say that your price is 'firm' and it's more than you can buy one for brand new, you'll get these sorts of responses.
If the filter has that much value, I would simply try to sell it separately. |

Thanks for pointing it out, but if the prices are lower here, I just post it at eBay, FM or POTN forums and sell it in US, no biggy.I,ve seen 7 lenses on eBay, all in 945-970 range, no filters. As for the filter, both are about 140 USD, so I throw them as a bonus, if I can't get the price, I just separate them. I didn't know the new price could be lower, I prefer to buy from someone I trust with warranty and so on. Gmarket might be good place for bargain, but there is lot of gray-market or older lenses, sold as new. Since you were looking for this lens (btw. is excellent) get it from online store, but make sure you know, what you getting.Thanks again and enjoy the lens (once you got it). |
