I thought EPIK, GEPIK, and SMOE have stopped taking in new applications for March 2010 starts. Why am I seeing lots and lots of PS job ads for March starts?

becuase they have THOUSANDS to fill and they will never fill them all.

yeah, someone said it was an employers market over here. while that might be somewhat more true, it's still not quite the case...
