I got a guitar for my Wii. Been playing the hell out of Guitar Hero. I want to check out Rock Band. Anyone know about Mics for Wii's?
I went to Kukje Electronics tower and they said they didn't have any. Gmarket has some for $50 (STEEP!). |

I've heard that the Logitech PS2 mics work fine. You can get them from Gmarket for about 21K.
Don't take my word for it, though. Google Logitech mic and wii.
Good luck, I've been thinking of getting a mic too. I agree that the "Wii mics" are ridiculously priced. |

I've been reading and it looks like any USB microphone will work.
Anyone play Rock Band or Guitar Hero for the Wii? We could play online. |

Nice and timely thread!
I was wondering the same thing this weekend.
My wife and I took our wii and two guitars with us to visit friends in another city in Korea. We would have liked to have been able to sing too. My logitech desktop USB microphone wasn't recognized but it's not the singing kind anyway.
Does anyone know if the mic in the link works with a wiii for sure? |

The mic is supposed to work, but I don't have any first hand knowledge.
I'm a little concerned with the Interpark price, though. It seems a little wonky at less than 1/2 the price of every other shop. |

~10 is suppose to be the price. At least on US seller stores. (Amazon, Google Shopping, etc..) |
