| Forgot to mention this in a PM, but you should ditch the SUV idea and go with a Kia Carnival. Best value out there for what you get. Go for a year 2000 diesel model with about 150,000 kms on it. You'll pay around 2.5 million, and if you dump another 300,000 to 500,000 into maintenance (timing belt/water pump, tires) you'll have a nice vehicle that'll last you another good 60,000 to 100,000 before it needs more work. I've heard you can get 800,000 just for the scrap on those things. Minimal loss. |
