Sadly, I will have to vacate my apartment at the end of the month since I will be moving to an officetel in Hongdae. This rooftop apartment is one of the more spacious one in Haebongchon. It's only less than one block from the main road, just down the road from Paris baguette. You're in walking distance to the Woori mart, Paris baguette, dry cleaners, Phillies and a few other restaurants. The bus stop for bus #2 is less than 1 block away and it is a 15 minute walk to the Noksapyeong subway station.

The monthly rent is 350,000 won plus 10,000 won for water. It was 380,000 but I convinced the landlord to lower the rent because of the global economic downturn. The key money is only 2 million won. My rent is month to month since I've already fulfilled my one year contract. You will have to sign a one year contract with the agent, afterwards you can go month to month. Please, give the landlord one month notice if you decide to move after the one year.

This is a great apartment in the summer time, you can invite your friends and grill some steaks outside. I'll include a small Korean bbq grill for free which is in the storage room with some Kingsford charcoal. The apartment includes a private storage room which can be locked up. The apartment comes with AC, fridge, and washer. The desk/bookshelf, kitchen table with 4 chairs, single bed, closet cabinet, couch, kitchen wire rack and wooden shelves are mine. I would like to sell the furniture listed here for about 250,000 won. I paid 180,000 just for the couch and 40k to the mover.
