So I wanna take the slow boat to China. I know there is a sticky about this, but it doesnt really answer my question. My question is if i take the boat, which is the best port to go to from incheon to get to Beijing as a final destination?

Tianjin. I believe there is a high speed train that goes to Beijing from there. Dalian is alright as well Qingdao.

| Yes, Tianjin - it's about an hour on the train from Tianjin to Beijing. Very fast. |

Dalian and Qingdao, while nice places, are very far from Beijing unless you want to fly. Tianjin is conected by a high speed train but the train is from Tianjin and the ferry arrives in Tanggu which is about 40km from Tianjin. |
