I assume you mean if priests were "allowed to have sex" with adult women, they would not be engaging in sadomasochism or pedophilia.

I don't know that Pope John Paul II was a sexual masochist (or a pedophile for that matter, although see here ), but celibacy is unrelated to the genesis of either of those paraphilias.

If his lovemap involved adult women, presumably so would his transgressions.
