I can't wait till spring. That is one of the comforting thoughts that is getting me through these cold winter months.
Anything you looking forward to doing in spring? |

not freezing my ass off in the shower while milking every drop of hot water out of it at a low pressure so it stays hot.
Korean springs are wonderful, as are their falls. If they want us to stay in Korea for our vacations, then tell them not to force us to take our vacations in August and Jan/Feb when Korea is a miserable place to be.
I remember last year I was just a miserable miserable being in March as winter lingered and lingered. and around mid April it warmed up and my disposition changed 180 degrees. |

Personally I prefer the winter to anything above 25 degrees (Celsius). The spring is nice though, but I'll move up north soon after the unification in search for colder weather... |

the temperature isn't the issue with Korean summer. It's the humidity. |

Winter, shminter.
It was 16 C here yesterday.
Not so cold in the southernmost city of Korea. Warm Pacific ocean breezes and fresh air. Oranges and hallabong on the countless green trees even in January, blue skies, sparkling blue waters as far as the eye can see yet backdropped by a snowcapped ancient volcano.
Yes, VanIslander is now teaching in Seogwipo. It was the logical next step. |

I've been riding all through the winter, except for the time we got snowed in.
I'm looking forward to cheaper heating bills. |

Of course, but it's not very convenient to specify both the temperature and humidity. |

My worry when spring comes is the air will be worse where I am. Typically though it is my favorite season in Korea as a country that is typically not colorful becomes a rainbow of visual sensations. |

I cannot wait for spring. I can't wait for warm weather, not wearing 6 layers of clothes all the time, not having to use the ondol, being able to go hiking and go to the beach. |
