So my cell phone is broken, the screens only coming on sometimes, which is a real pain. Can i get it fixed and if so, what do i need to do to start the process and any idea how long it takes with me being withouta phone.

| you have to go to the "A/S center"....depending on which brand phone you have (LG/Motorola/Samsing etc). Go to any cell phone store and ask where the nearest place is. |

my haptic touch screen was not working properly and was driving me insane..took it to samsung AS centre..expected to have to leave the phone and come back in a week or something, like at home...but the dude swapped out the screen there and then..took about ten minutes all in.
was 2 months out of the 1 year warranty period tho so had to pay for it. |

| mines a samsung too, hope thats the case for me. i'll go and see the shop tonight. i might just be still in warranty. |
