I'm not sure what I can do in this situation, but I'm here in Korea and seem to be screwed.
My Visa application has been withdrawn/cancelled by a hagwon and now its seems I can't get my CRC back. This doesn't make sense or seem fair considering the cost and difficulty of getting a CRC.
Has anyone had/heard of any experience with this type of situation?
Does anyone know whether I can get my CRC back from Immigration after a Visa application has been withdrawn by a hagwon?
Any help or advice is appreciated. Feel free to pm me.

| Perhaps you should just call Immigration Office and ask them? They may be able to point in the right direction or help you to get it back if your visa wasn't issued. |

| Or maybe since you already submitted it to immigration they will let you use the same one for another job. |
