I feel kinda stupid asking this, but here it goes.

I just extended my visa for about another year. I signed a new contract with my current employer. They just stamped my current ARC and put the re-entry permit I requested (bought) in my passport.

I'm wondering, does anything happen to my my bank account, which is of course attached to my ARC? The original expiration date of the ARC was at the end of this month.

I'm going home for a visit soon and when I come back (on the new contract), I'll have a new place. I know I'm supposed to go to immigration to change my address. (right?). Does getting the new ARC (I get a new one with change of address, right?) affect my bank account?

I'd go to the bank and just ask, but I'd prefer to avoid it. I have KB (I know they're terrible, I'm gonna eventually switch completely over to my KEB account). KB is very unhelpful, with my poor Korean skills and their lack of English speakers, I'd rather avoid going there if it's unnecessary.

Nothing will happen to your bank account.

You do not get a new ARC when you change your address, they just write it on the back of your ARC. You have two weeks, I think, to report a change of address. You can do it at the immigration office for your new place, or the local Gu office.
