for their first teaching job?

I appreciate it's a very rural location, but for someone who was brought up in the new forest, i feel i wouldn't mind.

Has anyone worked there themselves?

I am going to Korea for a year of teaching, hiking and playing sports, would i be naive to think Jangsu would keep me wholly satisfied?

Thanks

As in Jangsu, Jeollabukdo? OMG...it's really rural.

When I was in Jinan in 2007-2008, town next to Jangsu, there were 8 foreign teachers, meanwhile only 1 in Jangsu, I can tell you that she didn't last. I'm not sure how many there are in Jangsu now. I'm pretty sure there isn't any entertainment now still. The next big city is Jeonju which takes about 1 hour from Jangsu.
