hi,
-hold an e-2 visa
-currently work 4 a public school
-thinking about taking on another job (not under table, so requires VISA, ARC, etc.)
-my contract prohibits me from working 4 another employer, so i'm wondering if there'd be any way the education office would find out? (e.g., my 2nd job informs immigration and/or the korean tax authority for admin. purposes, and then the authorities inform my current employer because the authorities know it's prohibited)
-also wondering if an e-2 visa even permits holding more than 1 job in the 1st place
thanks!!!! |

here's a good thread showing all the hoops to jump through-

add to that the need to get your original employer involved in the first place, and it's not worth the headache of looking into... |

Asking for advice on how to do something prohibited (illegal) is against the TOS. |
