You can get a generic one (안약) from most pharmacies, 3~4,000 won.

It's not as good as Visine, though.

I think I've seen it at the "Dandy Grocery" (small store to your left as you enter Hannam Supermarket - which is in the basement of the Volvo building in Hannam-dong - one subway stop east of Itaewon, exit 3, I think)

Better than eye drops for countering the effect of "yellow dust" that usually gets bad in the Spring is eye wash - the pharmacy in my small town carries "Haian Eye Wash" (that includes the oval-shaped plastic cup you half-fill with boric acid solution that cleans and refreshes eyes)

no... moisturizers and visine aren't the same thing. Unless you're getting the pure moisturizer visine. Visine will actually make your eyes dependent on it. If your eyes are dry get a pure moisturizer you can use anytime you want. If whatever you buy says you can only use it X times a day.. you're using something with a chemical in it that causes your eyes to be white. It constricts the blood vessels. Don't use that. Genuine moisturizer could be used 50 times a day if you want.

What? Many of the posters on here live in Itaewon and know little about Korea outside of Itaewon. Rolling Eyes

Would any eye regular drops do? Any pharmacy would have them.

I need Antihistimine Eye Drops for the spring time due to allergies.

They do not sell them over the counter in Korea. I usually get my relatives to mail be like 3-4 bottles of Visine-A or a generic eye drops with Antihistimine.

Works great. When your eyes are red/watery/itchy from the pollen, regular eye drops does absolutely nothing.
