Illegal English Tutors May Face Taxation

Well, it is a step in the right direction....I don't know about other countries, but in the U.S., if a foreigner has a "green card and social security ID number," they can work at most any job in the U.S. and/if they have the qualifications except at jobs which require one to be a U.S. citizen.
No fear of immigration. Yet, bonehead leaders in korea are still backwords! Thousands of koreans legally in the U.S. enjoy the benefits of having most any job without restrictions from immigration!

Ah yes, the classic "America does it this way, so everyone needs to follow suit!" logic.

Why would the Korean Govt really care about how America treats immigrants, Korean or not?

The only reason you can say this is because you have absolutely NO IDEA what requirements immigrants have in the U.S. NETs in Korea have it easy in comparison.

For F-class teachers, isn't the issue of taxation the only difference between what's legal and illegal?
