Because of the price of cabs in north America it's often economical to throw in a few extra dollars and get a limo. Is the same true for Seoul? How much more expensive is a limo compared to a cab?

When and where are you living in North America are you able to get a limo for a "few extra dollars" over a cab?

Tons of places. Tri-cities Ontario is a big one. If you've got more than four people, the extra-person charges can add up. Some taxis out here in Lake Wobegon won't pick up more than four people.
