|
|
My computer at school had to be reformatted, and no Hotspot Shield no longer works. Whenever I try to connect, I am brought to a "link broken" page. Maybe I could figure out how to fix it if the computer's language wasn't in Korean, but alas.
Anyone know any other good IP blockers? |

I had problems with it yesterday, but it's operating fine now.
It truly, truly sucks to use Hotspot...the constant redirects and banner ads are an annoyance, but not being able to access 50% of web content is even worse I suppose. |

Try VPN 3.1, download the program and you can turn it on and off whenever you wish. You can also choose from a number of servers across the world(incl. several U.S. servers) from where you can spot your IP and get a secure connection.
Download from CNET

Am I the only who gets this error message:
"Connecton error occured while retrieving info [code 1]. Re-run client and try to connect again."? |

try http://www.torproject.org/
You can save a small program to a USB device and pull up firefox from there using a proxy.
Works much better than hotspot shield and there are no ads or popups. |
