Not bad, but it's amazing how ideas get copied. The crazy Scottish man was done years ago in Canada to push a beer called Alexander Keith's.

That's what's claimed. Too bad. He was a good character actor in those commercials.

Doesn't seem like a copy to me. Its a commonly used Scottish stereotype (like Groundskeeper Willie from the Simpsons).

The general idea is a copy. "Let's throw in an obnoxious Scottish man in our ad to sell a product."
