I imagine lots of foreign teachers from the provinces will be coming to Seoul, as well as teachers from Busan etc.

But i'd like to know for sure if hongdae will be busy and up n' running? Can anyone remember from last time Seolnal was on a weekend?

It will because since it's a relatively shorter Lunar New Year's holiday, most people will stay in Seoul. The action Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights should be pretty good.

Relax. There is still a chance that you might be able to get hooked up with some early 20's KP.
