Since the existing threads seem to be at the point of death, I decided to start a new one. All are welcome to hijack.

1. Is there a long-term coatroom or storage facility at the airport? If yes, where and how much?

2. For those staying at an airport motel, what is there to do in Incheon in the evenings, where is it, and how to get there? Or, is there a way to central Seoul that takes less than an hour and a half?

Thanks!

Whoa...

Incheon airport is far removed from Incheon. You will have a bridge to the mainland so you probably don't want to stay at a motel near the airport.

Incheon airport does have a storage facility. Look on their website

Incheon does have a place where you can leave baggage but I believe it isnt free.

If you have a relatively early flight...just stay at the Jimjilbang in the airport.

Its modern, clean and cheap (about 20,000W). You can also get a private sleeping room there for maybe 6-7,000 more Won.

The best area in Incheon is Bupyeong. There are tons of places to eat and drink, western and Korean. The underground has a massive shopping are. Still an hour away from the airport though.

Sketch,

Are you talking about leaving your coat at the airport when you go on vacation? Actually I just got back from vacation. What I did is brought a large plastic bag and when I got to the airport packed my coat. Then when I got back to Incheon and off the plane I took it back out. Left it in my suitcase while I was in The Philippines.

Ugh, I hadn't realized it was so far away from everything. Guess I'll try to get to Bupyeong, if I can figure out the buses. I'd heard about the jimjilbang, but very much doubt it's a good idea for single ladies.
Dave - My coat is long and bulky so I'd rather leave it. Will check out the storage facilities. Thanks to all who answered.

Is another name for the Jimjilbang, the spa and is it located on the first floor basement of the airport? When you say private sleeping room does that mean it is actually private and you not share it with anyone else? Do you also get a bed to sleep on? Sorry for all the questions, but it sounds too good to be true for that price. Thanks

There's a good enough motel near songjeong station along line 5. You can take 5 to Gimpo Airport and then the railroad, or an airport bus goes right in front of the station, exit 4 if memory serves right.
