When I was living in Kunsan in the late 80's, I rented a house with several other people and had no problems there. Last year, on a visit to the area I walked by the place and though it looked the same, I got a really weird vibe about the place. That night, I was chatting with some people in a bar outside of A-Town. (Bar section not far from Kunsan Air Base). They told me they had just moved out of a house in Mimeyon (where I had lived) and said they moved because the place was haunted. I had them draw me a map and it turns out, it was the same house I had lived in so many years ago. Then I remmebered the creepy feeling from earlier in the day. A girl that had moved out with her family actually occupied the room I used to stay in and she said she'd hear the whimpering of a woman every night at about 3:00 in the morning every day. Doors would open and slam shut and light would turn off after the occupants turned them on. Hearing this freaked me out and was on my mind when I posted a thread earlier today about UFOs. So the question is, do you have a ghost story of your own to tell?

Yeah this one time I was a detective with a disintegrating marriage and I met this weird little kid who could see ghosts and he helped me realize that I WAS A GHOST TOO.

But I think the big reason the marriage fell apart was because the husband died and the wife just could not bear being married to a corpse. Anyway, that kid is a really good actor.

No, I think the marriage fell apart because my wife realized that I was Bruce Willis.

But probably I fell asleep with the TV on again.

i guess you could say this thread. . . DIED HARD.

W/A VENGEANCE. part two.

Anyway, I seriously doubt that you lived in a haunted apartment and didn't notice it. That is the sort of thing that keeps on happening no matter who is living there.

hahaha nice play on words. I'm a movie buff, too. Well, maybe more of a addict. I read once that people that have seen more than 250 movies in their life, have no life. Well, I have seen well into the thousands I am sure, and I still have time to squeeze a life in there.

The haunting of my old house apparently happened after I moved out if it. There had been over 20 years that had gone by and the chill that ran up my spine was pretty convincing that somehting was "not right" with the house anymore. It looked...... uninviting.

There's an apartment building on the highway between Cheongju and Chungju (Highway 19?) that's supposed to be haunted. I guess the story goes that after they built it and people moved in weird stuff started happening and most people moved out. I've seen it, and can confirm that it's next to a graveyard, relatively new, but a bit run down and almost no one lives there. Being in what is quite possibly the most boring area of the entire country, the stories might just be the result of some overactive imaginations.

This thread is absurd-- you need to defile a Native American burial ground to have a haunting. Read a book, people.

One of my students told me one night in her apartment she wanted to go to the bathroom but heard someone inside so she was waiting and waiting and then she finally knocked and went in and no one was there. She said no one would believe her though.
