It's gonna be Silva v. Maia @ UFC 112.
Don't know where you guys got Akiyama. Sure, he has a 12-fight winning streak (excluding NCs), but the UFC is all about money. Akiyama is not a very big draw. |

I don't know... Maia isn't afraid to stand up. I'm predicting a lot less butt-scooting. |

I'm sure the betting odds will be insane in favor of Anderson Silva. I like AS and I think he will win but Maia might be a bad matchup for him. Maia has much better takedowns and BJJ than Leites. But for the sake of all that is holy Maia, DO NOT stand with Anderson Silva!
I'm going to be very nervous watching this fight. |

| If Maia stands with Silva, it will be a short fight. If Marquardt knocked Maia out in the first round awhile ago, what's Silva going to do to him? |

i got velasquez, bisping, bader, and ANYONE who fights CC.
I am the same way with wand. Crocop and Wand were legends but they are ruining their legacies and i hope they lose EVERY time until they retire.. its time to hang up the gloves. |

How does winning fights hurt their legacy?Wouldn't it be better for them to win and THEN hang um up. Seems more logical |

I think he means he'd just like them to stop fighting now because they've been on severe declines. Losing would probably let them know it's time to go. |
