How much do you get for $18? What is it? Quaker stuff?

My wife orders rolled oats on auction.co.kr.

We just paid 15000 for 3kg delivered.

Here is another one. It says granola on the pack, though. I don't know what the difference is. I usually buy the first one I posted.

EDIT:whoops, forgot to post the link.

Steel Cut Oats are the best, or so I have been told.

I pay 3000 won for 500 grams on gmarket.

The taste isn't as good but mine are just blended into post workout shakes.

Have you tried buying them in the gray market in Namdaemun? I've seen Quaker oats there in the past.

You can try Costco.

They have locally grown Korean oats which I found are a little more coarse than what most of us are used to.

But, hey all that fiber can do you good, right?

They also sell quaker oats packets.

Don't remember the prices, but at the time the Korean oats seemed pretty reasonable. Quaker oats not too far off.

Isn't the whole point of eating that stuff is that it's cheap?

Just FYI:

Found http://ieunha.com/product/index.php?m=11&k_uid=4933&tk=14

Looks to be rolled oats -- about as healthy as steel cut oats -- and much healthier than the instant oat meals from Quaker that are packed with sugar and basically "bad" for you if you want to keep weight off.
