Heavy Rain isn't out in the states yet, i suspect once it is you'll be able to find it in Yongsan the next weekend. If you're reading reviews for it like I am that's because it had an early embargo and places finished their review and put it up.
I've seen Final fantasy 13 in Yongsan but I'm pretty sure it's the japanese version. I'd imagine you'll be able to find the US version once it's out. |

It would almost certainly be the US version. It's very rare for them to localize games on consoles for Korea and even then the voice acting tends to remain in English and subtitles. |
