so i looked up older posts and people have said they ordered an english version of windows for their computers on dell korea's website. i cannot find an option for it when i am customizing my comp, only to upgrade to windows ultimate. does anyone know if there is a way to do this online, or do i need to call in and place my order. or could I place the order online, then call in and have them swap the english version for the korean version? thanks for anything you know about this.

it will take a while before Dell Korea offers up an English version of Win 7.

If you buy the Ultimate edition you can download an English language pack which will put most of the OS in English.

Dell CDs are special in that if you (usually) put it on any dell they just work. If you find a windows 7 oem copy of the Dell CD there is a good chance it'll just work and activate on your machine. Somewhere you can probably find a list of supported systems. If its newer (the last year or two) you're probably covered.
