I ate kind of badly today- a muffin for breakfast, coffee, bibimbap for lunch, and some ice cream just now. Really not healthy.
Just moved into a new apartment yesterday- there is no grocery store around but lots of little marts. I also don't have gas set up in my apartment yet, but probably can get the guy to come do it this evening.
So, what should I have for dinner? The EPIK people seem to have kidnapped my husband (he had no idea the orientation would be an overnight thing) so I'm on my own. If I don't have gas hooked up I'm thinking: yogurt and fruit, OR half a block of raw tofu with some soy sauce and green onions (I ate this a lot one summer and felt pretty good, lost a bunch of weight, too).
If gas is hooked up I could at least buy some kind of noodles to boil and eat (not ramen, as the point is to be healthy), along with some fruit and/or vegetables.
Thanks for your assistance with this momentous decision. |

Scout around for the delivery menus for your neighborhood. There will be some at the mini marts (Mom 'n pop style?), or hanging from your front door even. My neighborhood has some awesome BBQ Duck places. Obviously we don't live in the same neighborhood, but there might be something deliciously similar in your neck of the woods. |

Delivery sounds lovely, and there are pizza places galore, but what about "healthy"? |

Koreans will tell you otherwise.
Bibimbap is healthy food because of all the vegetables! |

Find the local E-mart. Buy a Steamer. Buy veggies. Steam them . Eat.
Otherwise. Go out to a local restaurant and ask for Bi-bim-bap, chuseyo! |
