Does anyone know what the rest of the buttons do on the... heating thingy on the wall of your apartment here? Are they all the same?
I've been told water heating and floor heating, bt theres two other dials and 4 other buttons =\ |

Not all are the same. Could be that the dials are to set the temperature for heating your floor, and for heating the water coming out of your shower and faucets. There should be a button to lower the temperature for your floor heating so that it doesn't consume too much energy or fuel when you're out of the house, and bring it back up when you're in. Another button should be there to shut it off completely. Might want to get those translated. |

Get your Korean co-teacher to come to your home and translate what each one means. Blue ones tend to be for hot water. Red ones tend to be for the floor. You will want to only heat your bedroom for the winter months and close the door. Heating the whole apartment for the winter can get really expensive. Don't guess have someone come in and translate. Then get some labels in Englished taped on so you don't forget. |
