We're looking for an apartment in Suji, Yongin. Any hints/help on where to look on line? |

How much key money/rent are you willing to throw down? On-line can be a bit tricky. It's best to hit the pavement and visit as many realtors until you find something you're happy with.
If you have a particular place in mind, go in the realtor's offices surrounding that apartment or officetel.. there's usually at least 5 in the radius of one block. They all have different clients, so if they don't have what you're looking for, pop into the next one.
You'll have to pay a realtor fee and you're locked into a one year lease which can be broken if you give them enough time to find a replacement. |
