For how long does a name is on immigration blacklist after do a midnight run from a public school?

Is there a place you can call to find your name on the list?

There is no "immigration black list"

BUT

They will NOT issue you a new E2 visa until the previous one has expired if you pull a runner from a PS position.

You can call Immigration from anywhere and ask about your status. Just remember the time difference.

Tom is dead on.

Unless you committed a crime and then ran (like stealing money from your employer) all that happens when you run from a PS job is that you are barred from obtaining a new visa until the old one expires.

Another thing that can happen is that it might be pretty hard getting another PS job as it is likely your name remains in their files.
