Well We have had a big change in our school. I am the mentor teacher for the Korean English Conversation Teachers and helping them prepare and make lessons. Also I am put in charge of the school's website with an English section. I also am assisting teachers with computer related stuff.
Last year was HELL on WHEELs and we had an English teacher who was less than enthusiastic about her job- playing with her phone in class!!!! she is gone. Thank Christ 
I just hope these newbs are better than her!- well they kind of got to be since this is the first year of teacher evaluations.  |
