i see these kiosks everywhere. got a pair of doc martens that i had just broken in when the zipper became unruly. can they mend it?! |

Amazingly enough, they probably don't have the knowledge. A company called YKK in Japan makes 90% of the zippers in the entire world, and they don't share any trade secrets. |

Defeating YKK's advanced encrypted photointerlocking technobabble requires the most advanced knowledge of zipperactophonology.
It's a zipper. Yeah, one of those dudes might be able to repair it. If it is damaged, they may have to replace it with a similar length... if they have one on hand. You might also consider contacting the manufacturer. |
