If you want to meet cool, outgoing people and have fun quickly i'd recommend the web site www.couchsurfing.com. You don't need a couch but the members on that web site (including me) are quite active in organizing fun social events.

Hey. I lived in Hanam si last year. There is a facebook group called Its not Vegas baby, its Hanam-si. Someone will check it out eventually. Big group of foreigners in town, good people.
