I really don't think it's appropriate to be discussing piracy in someone's FS thread.
I did P90X when I first came to Korea, I found it to be really effective. I was too lazy to do the diet though, so I didn't get the exact results I was hoping for. I'm doing it my second time around now, and will probably do it a third. I'm very happy with the program, and highly recommend it to anyone that is serious about getting fit, and doesn't mind working VERY hard. It will kill you, but it will also give you results. |

This is literally the exact same I did and am thinking about doing. Threw the diet out the window, still got in fairly good shape. About to start a second cycle.
BUT, I am debating whether to start up Shaun T's Insanity now or after the second P90X cycle.
It's a great program. Someone buy it from him... I got mine from other sources. |
