Anyone with a Dremel or Handheld electric saw in Seoul?

In my veranda, the drainage pipe in the floor sticks up about 3 cm's so there is a pool of water surrounding the drain.

The pipe itself is about 2 cm's in diameter.

I think you would need a rotary pipe cutter attachment. I'll gladly make it worth someone's time to come to SInsa Station area and cut the pipe down so it is flush with the floor.

PM sent. Thanks! I need to take care of that problem ASAP. I know when it gets warmer, that pool of water by the drain will be a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
