| Anyone else got the day off? It's snowing where I am. First time I've seen snow on the ground down here (I live 70KM west of Busan). |

We got a lot of snow here throughout the night. I'm near Uijeongbu. We still had to come to school, though. LOL |

| all the middle schools and elementary schools in gyeongnam are off, they are keeping the high schools (or at least my high school) open for some sort of exam. Lame. |

| Tiny town outside of Daegu....no elementary school classes for me. Just went and had a snowball fight with the co-teacher and a few of the students. Time to go back to bed. |

| Classes canceled, didn't have to come in until 11 and I'm allowed to leave at 12:30. Apparently, the excuse for netting the teachers in for only a short time is in case the school needs to be used as a shelter. I think that is a bunch of crap, but whatever. Short days are nice too and luckily I don't live far from my school, so the journey isn't too unpleasant (though the wind always seems in my face no matter what direction I face.) |

as long as you get paid and they don't try to haul you in on a Saturday to make up the classes (which is not unheard of) |

| We had school despite how slippery the streets were. It was funny seeing motorcycles on ice and snow dodging old ladies and kids on bicycles barely able to go with big SUV's spinning out sliding sideways. There were many accidents today. It took 3 times longer than usual to get anywhere making everyone late, but there was much less traffic than usual. |
