A real, solid one.
Even better would be somewhere where I can buy the bleach powder & developer separately!
So far the closest thing I've been able to find (at E-Mart and in the 2 "beauty supply" shops on my walk to work) is a kit that does slightly lighten, but also has an intense yellow pigment. |
