It would be huge hassle for them to go about the tedious chore of gift wrapping. Taping bubble wrap back on isn't.

What kind of hell do you people come from? I've never had anything like that ever happen to me... opening up your private possessions without your permission and occasionally stealing items (taking something without permission and with no intention of returning it is stealing, no matter how you phrase it) and all under the guise of some sort of so-called authority?
