Hi all,
I am wondering if it's possible to register for ARC Card at the Seoul Immigration in Mokdong if you're living outside of Seoul. My friend lives a little bit in the sticks (not Suwon), but strictly speaking Suwon is the nearest Immigration office.
It is more convenient for him to go and register his address and fill out for the form for the ARC card at the Seoul office.
Is this doable? ....or will he have to go to Suwon?

He will have to go to the office that has jurisdiction over his place of residence. It may be Suwon or it may be Seoul. He will have to inquire.
When I lived in bundang I had to register at Mokdong but my school was in Gwangju so they had to deal with the Suwon office. It was a pain at the best of times. |
