Hello everyone,

Posting here for a friend. He has a new school that has not increase in number as fast as he planned.

So he is willing to rent out the classrooms for up to 6 months period. This is ideal for someone who feels that they have hit the glass ceiling and looking to venture out on their own, but don't have enough money to start up their own school.

If you are interested, please me me a payment proposal and I will forward it to him.

FYI. The place is in the southern part of Gangnam. There are small and large rooms, anything within reason can be taught, general marketing for the school goes out on a regular basis, and there will be a contract between you and him detailing the terms of the agreement.

I hope there's a clause in the contract to prevent poaching of students.

Sort of, in the way that teachers cannot teach the same thing. He teaches highest level of literature and debate, while another teaches only ESL to elementary school kids.

So middle school ESL is available, along with things like math, science, economics, history, etc.

I like to practice playing my trumpet and tuba from 3p.m.~11:30p.m. However, my neighbors are always complaining about the noise. Think I could get one of those small rooms for around 50, 000 per month?
