Hey,

I have a really clean, freshly painted, 1BR apartment in central Seoul. It is about a 5 minute walk from Haengdang Station. Its also close to Singeumho Station.

Only 1 stop from Wangsimni Station! Very close to Itaewon.

There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment that gives you access to the 01, 02, and 03 bus. Which will take you to stations that will give you access to Line 1,2,3,5 and 6.

It is easy to get around (save money on taxis) and best of all, NO key money! ( I do require 1 months deposit in case you don't pay the Gas/Electric bill, damages, etc..) You will get your deposit back when you move out.

Apartment comes furnished with:
- great Air conditioner
- Bed
- Night table
- Lamp
- TV w/ media stand that has drawers
- Fridge (with freezer)
- Washroom
- Large Wardrobe
- Gas Stove w/ Oven
- double kitchen sink
- washing machine

Kitchen is separate from the bedroom***

Rent: 490,000w/month

I can only rent it out for about 6 to 7 months. There is a possibility that i can rent it longer, but as of now, I can only promise ~7 months max.
