Assuming we're dealing with biblical notions of God and Lucifer, God has to win. Because, ya know, personifying the entire universe, can create and destroy anything at will, infinite power etc.

If only God could be destroyed in the same fashion as robots (logical paradox!)

OMG, it looking up how to destroy robots I found this:
