|
|
I've been trying to place an order with gmarket (English) using a foreign credit card for several days, and as it's processing my credit card a box pops up and tells me "an error has occurred, order has not been placed." I have ordered plenty of things on gmarket before and have never had this problem (using the same card). We also tried my husband's card and same problem. It's getting really annoying... |

Have you used your credit card on that site before? Im sure I read somewhere that you need to register a foreign card first (I cant remember how to do it, but it was too much work for me!) haha so I linked up with paypal and that has worked fine... just placed an order over the weekend with no probs. |

As I recall, I had to register using the electronic signature certificate file (and password) that my bank set up for me to sign into my online banking. I don't think you can just pay with a credit card. That would be too easy. |

I've done it before, at least three times. And my card required me to entire their secure code (that I previously set up with my bank), but the problem occurs after I have done that.
Really irritating...I just want to buy some curtains! |
