I have been arrested three times for minor in position of alcohol while attending college in Arizona from 1999 to 2003. Each charge was dismissed but still shows up when a CBC is conducted in that county.

I worked in NY for two years as a science teacher and had my CBC pulled from the State of NY for my E-2 visa. The NY State CBC states "no record."

My questions is will the three MIP charges in Arizona void my visa???

I can find any concrete make or break situations for an E-2 visa.

No. You're fine. If they were going to try to find records of arrests beyond the official CBC you went through the trouble of obtaining, they probably wouldn't have made you get your own CBC in the first place. You have actual certified teaching experience, have never been convicted of anything, and have a CBC that explicitly says "no record." Don't worry about it.
