It has been determined that the "quality of life" in Seoul ranks 90th among 215 worldwide cities. Zurich and Geneva of Switzerland have been selected as the most favorable cities to live in. Baghdad, Iraq sits at the bottom of the rankings.

Seoul scored the same as that of 2003, receiving 81.5, but plunged two spots from 88th to 90th. The reason for Seoul's lower rank is due to the North Korea nuclear problem, pollution, and heavy traffic. In particular, Seouls score of "Sanitation and hygiene condition" remained at 104th due to the terrible pollution.

I can't remember when Vancouver was ever ranked out of the top 5. Third this year. Actually, when was the last time it was ranked lower than third?

If Vancouver could ever clean up the drug problem and the lower East side, it would never fall out of first.

Well, I'm pretty sure the food and scenery is better. Obviously Canadians are nicer people, which says a lot...

I only said that because of all the Croatian "refugees" who sponge off the Swiss government while people like my grandmother (who is dying a slow, painful death) suffer.

Whatever.

Here's my point: If Croatia is so great, stay there. Don't go to Western countries to increase the crime rate.

I personally have never really known any Swiss people that I've actually liked. I've met Germans that I've liked on a personal level, and French people also. Never a Swiss person, though. I think it's almost like they've taken the worst parts of the German and French characters and melded them together into a really, really unlikable whole. And talk about anal retentive perfectionism? Holy Jesus, those people cannot be beat on that score.

Say what you like about Seoul, but I miss those party days. Bars that don't close, nightclubs where some chick will always take off her top. On a Tuesday!

Anywho, Seoul probably deserves that 90, but it'd be fun to have one last spin through the party spots.
