I've got a Korean friend who asked me for some advice about working holidays. She is considering going to Germany to work. She wanted to know what kind of jobs Koreans can do in Europe on a working holiday visa and I had no idea what to say. Every Korean I've met who has worked abroad have gone to Canada and have worked low level jobs (coffee shops, etc.). Is it the same in Europe? Are there any good websites for working holiday jobs in Europe (either in English or Korean)? |

Unless she's fluent in German most likely low level service jobs. What kind of jobs does she expect? Knock some sense into her if she thinks otherwise. |

I have no idea about what kinds of jobs. Her German is bordering on fluent. |

tell her to look at embassy sites, they will tell her what visas she needs. I know both NZ and Australia have 1 year working visas for koreans (similar to the C4 visa for us in korea). The 1 year visa is a working holiday visa however
As to jobs in Europe I know of a few koreans that work in belgium. But it all depends on what degree she has. She should be able to find this info easier than you can |
