i was offered a contract and would like some input as to whether it's good or bad. here are the basics of the contract:

min. 96 hrs/ month(they claim an avg of 118 hrs/month though)
27k won/hr
they dont pay for insurance
they dont pay for housing
i get a 5 mil loan for housing
they pay for my flight
no idea about severance(not mentioned)
3.3% tax

any and all thoughts are welcome! =)

Are you a gyopo and do you have an F visa? If so that's crap.
27k an hour=chump change. If you want to be a chump then sign on the dotted line. See you in 2 months when you're back here complaining about how bad your job blows.

Unless you are desperate for a plane ticket and a place to sleep for a week:

Skip the search in advance.
Read your face off here (faqs)

Get your F4, jump on a plane and get the lay of the land and take a job when you land.

Get what you want, change when you want... why piss around with places like CDI ?

A specific number of hours you are going to work, not some vague estimate
At least 30k won/hr
Insurance plan of some kind
Paid single housing
School pays key money
they pay for your flight
1 month severance at end of 1 year
4.5% pension with employer matching
2% tax

Fixed it for you. This is all pretty standard stuff for public schools and good hagwons, I wouldn't accept anything less than this.
