After recovering from food poisoning. I venture back to my school in somewhat shady health.

I find a memo on my desk. It details a new 20 min session that happens before afternoon classes where we say good bye to the Kindergarten class.

Like they have all the minutes scaled out. Like I can understand getting all the kids lined up into their bus groups. Makes sense. But then the teachers have to song and chant in front of the kids. Then individual greetings to the kids and hugging them.

HUGGING THEM. WHAT THE HELL. They are forcing this onto the kids and us. What teacher is forced to hug the kids.

Christ almighty. Like our school has been hemmoraging Kindergarten kids for a long time and I know they are the directors cash cows but he has to get a better plan then this. Fix the bloody school up, get better bathrooms.

But after all this crap, we take the kids down to the buses. AT THE EXACT TIME THE AFTERNOON KIDS ARE TRYING TO GET INTO THE SCHOOL. We have a MASS crush. Lost kids. Elevator crammed. Teachers late for classes.

Seriously, this isnt education and I know a hagwon is a business but I cant do this stuff.

1 month, 28 days to go.

Remember; NO one can use you unless you let them. Take a stand and tell the school owner why you don't agree with it and say no!

2 months is not that long.. if you are late for class.. tell him why.

i have done some cruddy things to stay in favor with my previous bosses and if things are good for them, they are generally good for me too.

stick with it i say. Rolling Eyes
